Doctor Mohammed Makha

Dr. Mohammed Makha has been working as an assistant researcher in the Materials Science, Energy and Nanoengineering (MSN) department at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University since January 2019. He holds a PhD in physics, in the field of thin film materials for photovoltaic application, from the University of Angers in France. After a postdoc stay at the laboratory of photovoltaic materials, at the university of Nantes in France, he joined the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (EMPA) from 2014 to 2017 as a scientific researcher. His research interests are in the nano-scale synthesis, characterization and design of thin film materials and their properties using several physical, chemical, and printing technologies for electronic and energy conversion applications.
