Scientific and research interests

Liquid phase epitaxy of complex oxides, Material science, Physics of magnetism, Crystal physics, Oxides nanoparticles, Non-linear crystals. Thin film magneto-ordered materials for different branches of magnetoelectronics (microwave technique, magneto-optics, sensorics, spintronics, etc.) and thin film media based on epitaxial structures of complex oxides for quantum electronics (microchip, disk, waveguide and other microlasers).
